The concept of vaccine is teaching our immune system to recognize pathogens. There are two concepts of immunity in vaccination; sterilizing immunity and effective immunity. Sterilizing immunity means that our antibodies can stop a pathogen from replicating and it is a life-long immunity. Effective immunity is meant to prevent disease and do not necessarily protect against infection, it means you still can get the disease even you have taken the vaccine.
One of the effective immunity vaccine is COVID vaccine. COVID-19 vaccines regulations are coming to be mandatory in some countries. Despite of being provax or antivax, COVID vaccines needs to be faced by rationality and sense. For those who are forced to take the vaccine, there are some natural remedies and supplements that can help to clean the vaccine compounds side effects. Please remember, COVID vaccines are not just mRNA Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) vaccines.
Proteins from Wild Type Virus and Vaccine
In a 2020 study, researchers showed that a vaccine candidate's (Astra Zeneca) site-specific glycosylation is different with virus-derived spikes proteins. The distinctive cellular secretion pathways result in different protein glycosylation and secretion patterns, which may have implications for the resulting immune response and future vaccine design1. In simpler words, vaccine produces the same Spike proteins as in wild type virus but the difference is in the N-glycans and O-glycans composition which will lead to protein dynamics effects.
Remedies for Detoxifying
Most of the remedies here have been posted in my Twitter account. These remedies are collected by analyzing the kinds of COVID vaccines; attenuated, adenovirus based, LNP mRNA, and protein recombinant nanoparticles.
For heavy metals there are natural heavy metal chelation regimen: chlorella, cilantro, citrus peels, spirulina, and garlic. Readers can add supplements: oil of oregano, Echinacea, goldenseal, and goldenthread. These supplements will help purifying the blood, remove toxins, and keep any infectious agent at bay, while helping to repair the immune system.
It is said to avoid sugar, and avoid any and all refined, processed, manufactured foods. LNP mRNA vaccines take sucrose along with cholesterols. In Chinese culture, sugar is needed to balance the cold & hot terms, and our body also needs sugar thus it's better to lower it's intake. Adjusting sugar intake can be applied by setting our daily carbohydrates diets. Sugar can be found in rice and bread too. As for avoiding refined, processed, and manufactured foods, should be done even not for detoxifying vaccines. Our body tends to be more 'relax' with more natural foods intake.
Vitamin B complex is recommended for a few weeks after immunizing. Formaldehydes, and metals like mercury and aluminum make assimilating Vitamins B more difficult. These three components are found in COVID attenuated vaccines.
Water is important and we need to drink it more. It can dilute many impurities in our body. Hot water increases blood flow to the surface of the body. Cold water drives the blood from the surface to the core of the body. By alternating hot and cold water, blood flow will be increased and speeds up circulation. Heavy metal often settle at the feet. A footbath detox works well for pulling toxins from the feet2. It also can be done by raising our feet above our heads when we are lying down, for several minutes. Foot sole massages before bed time are also a daily recommendation. And most of all, regular exercises are important.
Dr.Judy Mikovits recommended Suramin for detoxify body from COVID vaccines, we can find it in pine needle. It is a WHO essential medicine for African Sleeping Sickness and reverses autism. It can be consumed as tea. Suramin has inhibitory effects against components of coagulation (clotting) cascade and against the inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA3.
When I was writing an article about the mitochondria role in COVID, a paper listed Glutathione as one of the antioxidant agent for mitochondria. Readers can look it up in one of my June posts. Intracellular levels of glutathione can be enhanced by vitamin C and R-lipoic acid. Dandelion, burdock, goldenrod, and milk thistle are increasing glutathione. These are good for eliminating effects of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). LPS is found in between S1/S2 proteins. Protein recombinant nanoparticles vaccines use the whole S proteins.
Nrf2 turns on the intracellular production of several antioxidants, including glutathione, and glutathione-S-transferase, the phase II enzyme that serves to bind glutathione to toxins for subsequent elimination from the cell. It can be activated by lipoic acid, selenium, kelp extract, pine bark extract, and haritaki fruit4.
Hyaluronan regulates inflammation levels and encourage the body to build more blood vessels5. A 2011 study showed that low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (LMWHA) had free radical scavenger effect and antioxidant activities. LMWHA was able to overcome CY (cyclophosphamide)-induced immunosuppression and significantly raised the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) in immunosuppressed mice6.
Pomegranate juice can reduce macrophage oxidative stress, free radicals, and lipid peroxidation. It can help prevent or treat various disease risk factors including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, oxidative stress, hyperglycemia, and inflammatory activities. Both the juice and peel are rich in polyphenols. All pomegranate flavonoids show antioxidant activity with indirect inhibition of inflammatory markers such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). Pomegranate tree's bark and roots were used to treat worms in the human gastrointestinal tract in traditional medicine7.
Berberine is a rich source of Vitamin C, lutein, beta-carotene, and zinc. It helps to enhance the function of liver enzymes, which makes it easier for the liver to get rid of harmful toxins. Berberine has also been proven to aid in bile secretion; making it easier for the body to eliminate harmful chemicals from food. Barberry root contains a potent amount of berberine; an alkaloid that is known for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and rejuvenating properties8.
Ginko biloba extract is a standard extract of Ginko biloba leaves which exhibits anti-oxidant properties as the free radical scavenger in different organs providing protective benefits against sensory. It is a condition in which the brain has trouble receiving and responding to information that comes through the senses. It is also a well known for lead detoxing.
Curcumin has anti-hepatoxic effects by reducing liver toxicity caused by environmental toxicants such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead and mercury. It prevents histological damage, lipid peroxidation and corrects glutathione level to retrieve the antioxidant capacity of liver and to protect the liver enzymes against oxidative stress. Most of the protective effects attributed to the curcumin arise from its ability to trap free radicals and its chelating property. Curcumin, vitamin C, chromium and garlic helps to clear metals from the body, and it does not show the side effects arisen from administration of chemical chelators. Curcumin has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects9.
Beetroot ingestion provides a natural means of increasing in vivo nitric oxide (NO) availability and has emerged as a potential strategy to prevent and manage pathologies associated with diminished NO bioavailability, notably hypertension and endothelial function. Beetroot is also being considered as a promising therapeutic treatment in a range of clinical pathologies associated with oxidative stress and inflammation. Its constituents, most notably the betalain pigments, display potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and chemo-preventive activity in vitro and in vivo10.
The remedies written in this article are not the only ones that can be used to detoxify our body from vaccines compounds. Healthy life is not built in one day. Persistent and strict diets contain these remedies are advised even months and weeks before the decision to take the vaccine is decided. After taking the vaccines, those remedies will be still needed too. Remedies, exercises combine with positive minds and meditations are also recommended, as a stressful mind will release the mtDNA in the blood system.
